Musethica at the IAMM Conference "The Future of Music and Arts in Medicine and Health”

We are excited to announce that Musethica will be part of the International Association for Music and Medicine (IAMM)’s 8th conference in Berlin.

The theme of this year's conference, held from September 18th and 21st, 2024, is "The Future of Music and Arts in Medicine and Health." The event will bring together professionals from the artistic and medical fields to explore the role of music in medical and health contexts.

Avri Levitan, co-founder of Musethica will lead a symposium on September 20th at the Charité Berlin, titled “Live Classical Music Concerts as a Healing Instrument”, and will discuss the beneficial effects of high-quality live chamber music concerts on various target groups.

The discussions will cover topics such as the enhancement of attention, the positive impact on the immune system, and the promotion of social inclusion. Additionally, the symposium will explore ways to establish such concerts regularly in society for different audiences.
